CPSA is the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) designated by the
state of Arizona to coordinate and manage publicly funded behavioral health
services for children, adults and their families in Pima County. CPSA coordinates,
by way of a provider network, the delivery of mental health and substance use
treatment services, and behavioral health wellness and prevention services.
CPSA receives funding from the Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS), Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
